For agencies

Client feedback arrives in eleven places. Give it one.

An agency runs the same review cycle over and over, with a different client each time who has never used your tools and has no intention of learning them. The feedback comes back as emails, chat messages, phone-camera photos and a document with numbered comments that reference nothing you can find.

The situation

What this usually looks like

  • Every client has a different channel

One is on email, one is on WhatsApp, one sends a PDF with screenshots pasted into it. Collating that into a work list is a task somebody at your agency does by hand, on every project.

  • Reviewers will not learn your tracker

Inviting a client into your project management tool means exposing your internal notes and teaching a stakeholder a system for four comments. It rarely works and you rarely try twice.

  • "It looks broken on my screen" arrives without a screen

No browser, no window width, no page. Half of the round trips on a review cycle are spent establishing which device the client was on.

  • Per-project pricing does not fit the shape of your business

You run fifteen client sites at once and start three more next month. Tools priced per site turn a normal quarter into a procurement conversation.

Why this fits

What changes for agencies

One project per client, unlimited
Each client site gets its own widget key, inbox and domain allowlist on the same flat plan. Onboarding a new client is pasting one tag, not adding a line to a bill.
Reviewers need no account
The client presses a button on the staging or live site you sent them. No invitation, no login, no extension, and nothing about your internal process is exposed to them.
The device question answers itself
Browser and version, operating system, window and screen size, pixel density and time zone come with every bug report — so a comment about how something looks arrives with the width it looked wrong at.
You can show the client it was done
Move an item to shipped and the person who raised it is emailed automatically, in their own language. On a review cycle with a client, that is the status update you would otherwise write by hand.

Who this is not for

Save yourself the trial

If your review process depends on clients pinning comments to specific elements and drawing on the page, BugHerd was built for agencies doing exactly that and does it far better. This collects described reports with technical context; it is not a visual annotation layer. The comparison pages say which tool we would send you to instead.

FAQ

Questions

Can I run one account across all my client sites?
Yes. Projects, widgets and submissions are unlimited on the single plan, and each project has its own key, inbox and domain allowlist. Adding a client site costs nothing beyond pasting the tag.
Can I white-label the widget for clients?
You can set the colour, position and language, and the widget carries no visible branding of ours in the reporting flow. There is no custom domain or fully rebranded portal, so a strict white-label requirement is not met today.
Do clients see each other reports?
No. Each client site is a separate project with a separate inbox, and reporters never see any inbox at all — they press a button and receive an email when their item ships.
